This is a complete set of the newsletters Simmons Kinfolk published from 1975-1978. These newsletters were published by Marcia Eisenberg, a Simmons descendant and her sister Roma Nowak in their search for Simmons relatives in Michigan and New York. Mrs. Eisenberg was a well-known genealogist in New York and Board member of the New England Historic Geneological Society. Included are Volume 1, No. 1-4 and index to Volume 1 (includes all Simmons listings in 1820, 1830, and 1840 Michigan census). Volume 2, No. 1-4 and index to Volume 2. Includes Simmons listings in Michigan census of 1850, Simmons Men in the American Revolution. Volume 3 , No. 1-4. Includes Simmons families in 1800 New York census. Volume 4, No. 1 continues Simmons Men in the American Revolution and 1850 census of Michigan as well as an article on Simmons inventions listed at the Patent Office. Many photographs and maps in each Volume. These were professionally printed from text prepared on a typewriter. Multiple copies are available.
