This book looks unread. It has a plastic spiral binding and the original box of crayons. The crayons have come loose from the back cover. "Color It, Wipe It Off, Recolor" and "A Capitol Fun-to-Learn Book" are on the cover. The book has black and white illustrations for a child to color and text to go with each illustration. There are five stand-up models of animals in the back and they have not been removed from the page. Julian Wehr was a well-known illustrator of children's books in the forties and fifties and invented the animated children's book that contained moveable paper parts using tabs.
